Delivery and Refund Policy

Shipping or delivery policy:

Vikebikeindia Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for delivering your consignment at your doorstep following the address you have entered during placing an order online. We have the authority to choose any kind of authorized goods transport service to ship your order keeping it untouched.

  • Vikebikeindia Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage occurred during delivery. We are not providing you any service regarding damage by transport authorities.
  • Vikebikeindia Pvt. Ltd. creates an insurance policy for your product so that you could have more possibilities for recovery of any damages or losses caused in transit.
  • Standard delivery time will start from the time of order placement and delivered within 10 working days. Order will not be dispatched to you until the funds are cleared by respective bank.

Return or refund policy:

No refund policy is applicable once the product delivered to you. We do not accept any requests for cancellation, returns, and refunds. A refund request will not b accepted under any condition except;

  • Vikebikeindia Pvt. Ltd. has the right to cancel the order under the following conditions. One condition is; after the order confirmation due to some unknown reasons the delivery of the product can not be done wholly or of some parts from the consignment due to unavailability of these parts. The second reason is, there can be some issues with delivery services or some other reasons.
  • Vikebikeindia Pvt. Ltd. will assure the refund of the amount you paid for that particular order after the cancellation. Amount will be refunded in the same way as the amount received by Vikebikeindia Pvt. Ltd. at the time of order placement through bank account or other authorized gateway service providers. You will receive your refunded payment back after 15 working days.
